Smart Ring is a titanium health tracker that lives on your finger — continuous heart rate, blood-oxygen, sleep stages, skin temperature, activity, stress and cycle phase, all from a 4-gram band you forget you are wearing.

Designed for people who hate wearing a watch to bed but still want the data — light sleepers, athletes, women tracking cycle and ovulation, professionals managing stress, anyone curious about recovery and readiness. No screen, no notifications, no buzz — just sensors against the bottom of your finger 24 / 7 and a quiet app that tells you how you really are.

How It Works

1. The ring sits on your finger with PPG (green LED) for heart rate, red and IR LEDs for SpO₂, a thermistor for skin temperature, and a 3-axis accelerometer for motion — all on the inside surface of a slim titanium band.
2. Biosignals get sampled continuously at low power, then turned into trends — sleep stages overnight, HRV over the week, activity rings during the day, cycle-phase signal from skin temperature drift.
3. Health app stores history in the cloud, runs ML on top to suggest insights ("bedtime at 10:30pm gives +12% deep sleep"), and exports to Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, Garmin.
4. Coach & share sends gentle nudges (breathwork, bedtime, hydration), lets you share live status with a partner or doctor, and produces a weekly PDF for your GP.
