How It Works

The ring sits on your finger with PPG (green LED) for heart rate, red and IR LEDs for SpO₂, a thermistor for skin temperature, and a 3-axis accelerometer for motion — all on the inside surface of a slim titanium band.
Biosignals get sampled continuously at low power, then turned into trends — sleep stages overnight, HRV over the week, activity rings during the day, cycle-phase signal from skin temperature drift.
Health app stores history in the cloud, runs ML on top to suggest insights ("bedtime at 10:30pm gives +12% deep sleep"), and exports to Apple Health, Google Fit, Strava, Garmin.
Coach & share sends gentle nudges (breathwork, bedtime, hydration), lets you share live status with a partner or doctor, and produces a weekly PDF for your GP.
