How It Works
- Driver layer — native drivers for OPC UA, Modbus RTU/TCP, EtherNet/IP, Profinet, DNP3, IEC 104, BACnet, MQTT. Poll or subscribe.
- Tag engine — normalises tags, applies engineering units, scales, deadbands, calculation tags.
- Alarm engine — evaluates per-tag thresholds with deadband & delay; routes to grid + notification chain.
- Historian — TimescaleDB or ClickHouse with compressed columnar storage; exposes OPC HDA, Parquet, REST.
- Web server — renders synoptic mimics over WebSocket; each connected browser gets a delta stream.
- Identity — SSO (SAML / OIDC), MFA, role-based ACLs; every setpoint write goes through audit log.
