Solution: Belle Vie deploys BMDC-verified doctors on demand via mobile video, with a Patient app (Flutter), Doctor app (Flutter), web admin (Django + HTMX), and a Daphne/WebSocket backend handling 1,200+ concurrent calls. End-to-end encryption, digital prescriptions, lab/pharmacy integrations, and a charity-care queue for low-income users.
