Overview

Smart POS System is an Android-based touchscreen point-of-sale terminal bundled with barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer, and electronic cash drawer — accepting EMV chip, NFC tap, QR/UPI, and digital wallets out of the box. Sales, inventory, refunds, and a tamper-evident audit trail sync to the cloud in real time, with an offline mode that keeps the lane running when the internet is down.

Built for cafes, retail chains, pharmacies, kiosks, and ghost kitchens — anywhere a clerk needs to ring a sale in under five seconds, a manager needs a live view across stores, and an auditor needs a signed Z-report at end of day.

How It Works

POS Countertop — touchscreen terminal with cart, barcode scanner gun (laser + 2D imager), 80 mm thermal printer, and lockable cash drawer. Cashier scans → terminal totals → customer taps card → printer extrudes signed receipt.
Payment Engine — encrypts the PAN (P2PE), runs 3-D Secure 2.2, scores the transaction against an on-device fraud model, and routes to the acquirer. p95 auth latency is 187 ms.
Cloud & Inventory — every sale streams into HQ, updating per-store dashboards, hourly sales sparklines, SKU stock counts, low-stock and stock-out alerts, plus end-of-day Z-report with sign-and-archive.
Owner & Audit — owner mobile app shows live revenue, refund approval queue, and stock alerts. Auditor sees a tamper-evident hash-chained log of every drawer-open, refund, price change, and Z-report sign.

A continuous downstream channel pushes price changes, promo codes, reorder thresholds, and tax-rule updates from HQ back to every lane — the purple stream along the bottom.
