Overview

Industrial Touch HMI is a rugged, IP65-rated operator panel built for the factory floor. It replaces hard-wired pushbutton stations and aging text terminals with a high-brightness multi-touch screen that runs synoptic mimic diagrams, alarm management, recipe selection, role-based login, and multi-language UI — all on a real-time runtime that talks Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, S7, OPC UA, and CC-Link to the PLCs and drives that actually move metal.

Designed for environments where dust, vibration, washdown, and a worker in gloves are the norm — bottling lines, machining cells, pharma reactors, water treatment, and material handling. Engineered locally in Bangladesh, the panel boots in under 12 seconds and survives a 1.2 m drop on a concrete floor.

How It Works

The HMI runs a deterministic real-time scan loop (50 ms typical) that polls field devices through a pluggable driver stack, updates a shared tag database, and refreshes the screen at 30 FPS. Operators interact with the synoptic mimic, the alarm summary banner, or the recipe selector. Every change is signed, time-stamped, and pushed to the central SCADA / MES historian.
